AUA encourages all prospective attendees to register as soon as possible for the Annual Meeting to take advantage of reduced registration fees and to avoid waiting in long lines on site. Attendees can register on-line or download a printable registration form until May 23, 2007. All registrations processed after April 6, 2007 will require on-site pick up of conference materials. Please remember to bring any required letters of qualification and a printed copy of your e-mail confirmation on site.
The U.S. has recently adopted new security measures at airports designed to protect the safety of U.S. citizens and international visitors. All Visa applicants are advised to apply for their visas as soon as travel to the United States is contemplated and no later than three months in advance.
