Where and when is the meeting?
The 2007 Annual Meeting will be held in Anaheim, CA from May 19-24, 2007. The address is 800 West Katella Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92802.

Do I have to be an AUA member to attend?
No, but Members are offered large discounts and we encourage you to consider membership as a good investment in your on-going urological education. For information about joining, go to http://www.auanet.org/join/ or contact the AUA Member Services Department at 410-689-3933 or 866-RING-AUA.

Note: All attendees must be over the age of 18.

Do I have to pay registration fees if I submitted an abstract?
Yes. Anyone attending the Annual Meeting must complete a registration form and submit payment according to their appropriate category.

Can someone else register another person?
No, registration needs to be submitted and paid for by the registrant.

Who can register as a Guest?
Any person over the age of 18 may register as a guest of a full Annual Meeting paying attendee. The primary Annual Meeting attendee will be required to register his/her guest in advance or in person on site.

What does the Guest registration fee include?
Guest registration grants you access to the Exhibit Hall and the Plenary, Podium and Poster Sessions. Guest registrants do not earn CME credit.

How can I become a member in order to take advantage of the member registration fees?

What type of companies exhibit?
Providers of urological products, devices, pharmaceuticals, equipment and medical information. Over 300 companies exhibit at this meeting.

Is there an "exhibit hall only" registration fee?
No.

If I bring my children, are they permitted to attend educational and social events with me, as well as visit the exhibit hall?
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the exhibit hall or educational events. Children under the age of 21 are not permitted at social events.

What are the co-headquarter hotels?
Headquarters hotels for the 2007 Annual Meeting are the Anaheim Marriott and Anaheim Hilton in Anaheim.

What does my registration fee include?
The registration fee includes admission to plenary, poster and podium sessions; AM and PM industry-supported courses; the Exhibit Hall and urology specialty society meetings. A small program book and a Program Abstract Book are also included in the registration fee. Registrants may attend IC/PG Courses for an additional charge.
